current founding offer  //  HVAC

One founding package. One website-to-lead-response system.

The current offer connects a conversion-focused HVAC website, a bounded missed-call response workflow, and ongoing management under one agreed client scope.

  • $2,500 setup
  • $500 monthly management
  • Three-month minimum
  • Founding client #1–3: founder-built, monthly rate locked while the engagement stays active

There are no HVAC case studies yet, and this page will not pretend otherwise. The founding trade is simple: the first three contractors get the founder building the system personally, at a rate that stays locked, in exchange for being the proof.

// setup scope

The founding implementation starts with four connected parts.

Conversion-focused HVAC website

Conversion-focused HVAC website within the agreed client scope.

Response workflow

Missed-call and after-hours text-back workflow.

Approved handoff

Approved qualification and a human or booking handoff.

Reviewable foundation

Lead-status dashboard and initial SEO foundation.

// ongoing terms

$500 monthly management after the $2,500 setup.

The offer has a three-month minimum and is available to the first three clients. The monthly management scope is limited to ongoing management of the agreed website-to-lead-response system. Those clients retain the $500 monthly rate and agreed on-page and technical SEO maintenance while active.

Bounded SEO maintenance: included SEO means on-page and technical maintenance within the agreed site scope. It does not include unlimited pages, backlink purchasing, fabricated listings, or unbounded content production.

Monthly management tasks

Review agreed workflow states and visible failures, maintain the scoped website, apply approved rule or copy changes within scope, and complete the agreed on-page and technical SEO maintenance.

Client responsibilities

Provide accurate services and coverage, approved messaging and consent rules, required account access, a named human owner, timely approvals, and payment for third-party usage.

// billing and scope boundary

What is not included in the fee?

Usage is separate

SMS, phone, CRM, and other software usage is billed separately.

Advertising is excluded

Paid advertising is excluded.

Agreement controls scope. The signed agreement controls the final client-specific scope, and booking a call is not acceptance of an engagement.

// changes, data, and exit

What happens if we change scope or leave?

Change control

A request outside the agreed pages, integrations, rules, reporting, or maintenance boundary is scoped in writing. Any price or timeline change requires approval before the added work begins.

Data ownership, reusable components, and access

Client-supplied business data remains client data. That covers customers and contacts, inquiry records, qualification answers, workflow-event logs, exports, and analytics that come only from the client's operations. Efficient Technologies LLC keeps ownership of its pre-existing templates, reusable workflow components, and general methods. It also authors the client-specific configuration, and the client gets an agreement-defined right to use it for the whole engagement. License, export, retention, and offboarding details live in the signed agreement. This is a pre-sale summary of the working boundary, not a replacement for the agreement, and not legal advice.

Offboarding

At the agreed end date, active work stops, available client data and agreed website files are handed over, and access-removal or credential-rotation steps are documented. Provider retention and legal obligations still apply.

After the founding-client tier

No successor price or tier is published. The first three clients retain the stated $500 monthly rate while active under the offer; later clients receive the current written scope and price before engagement.

Demand-generation boundary. Active advertising, backlink acquisition, and ongoing demand generation are excluded. Monthly work maintains the agreed website-to-lead-response system; it does not promise traffic or new demand.
